Day 023

Day 023 -It’s been a year-long plan, but I finally made it to Zion National Park.  I’ve been wanting to go for years, and it did not disappoint.  After a very difficult hike up and down to Angel’s Landing, I grabbed this in a meadow just before getting back to the trailhead.  What a beautiful […]

Day 022

Day 022 -Red Rock Canyon just outside of Vegas is a lot more beautiful than the strip.  I spent the night here and woke up early for a wonderful hike.  If you come to Vegas take the half hour drive and check it out, you will not be disappointed. (October 7, 2016)

Day 019

Day 016

Day 016 -Checking out one of Knoxville’s new fun spots, the Pharmacy.  Downtown’s most employed man Lance, fixed me a Sunday before walking down the street to his third or fourth job.  Anyway it was delicious and a fun throwback to a time where I was not born. (October 1, 2016)

Day 015

Day 015 -One of Knoxville’s icons, the Sunsphere, was particularly pretty today with a wonderful blue sky. It was the symbol of the 1982 World’s Fair, but more importantly part of my favorite Simpson’s episode. (September 30, 2016)

Day 014

Day 014 -My beloved bourbon barrel was just sitting there begging to be photographed.  It had nothing to do with it being late and my first two ideas not working out.  (September 29, 2016)
